As a Senior Key Account Manager (f/m/d), you will be the strategic and operational sparring partner for our largest and most important clients. You know the traditional consulting business inside out – and that is exactly why you know that even the best strategy is worthless if it isn't successfully executed.

You will leverage your deep expertise in transformation and cost-efficiency programs to not only conceptualize change for our key accounts but to implement it measurably and sustainably using the Valuedesk platform. You will build long-term relationships, take true ownership, and finally see the long-lasting impact of your work.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Key Account Management: You will take full, end-to-end responsibility for selected enterprise clients. You will dive deep into their business models and proactively identify optimization potentials that deliver real value.
  • Leading Implementation Projects: No more paper tigers. You will orchestrate complex change and transformation programs. In doing so, you will combine your methodical consulting expertise with our software, ensuring that the Valuedesk platform seamlessly covers all business requirements. You will frequently work on equal footing with our clients' external consultancies.
  • Top-Level Stakeholder Management: You interact confidently at the C-level. You are not just a service provider; you act as a trusted advisor to build reliable, long-term partnerships.
  • Value-Driven Business Development: Because you truly understand your clients' pain points, you recognize strategic cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. You will play a key role in pitches and proposal creation for highly complex enterprise deals.

Who You Are:

  • Your Background: You have several years (5+ years) of professional experience in a renowned management consultancy, strategy consultancy, or a demanding in-house consulting role.
  • Your Expertise: You possess a strong track record in leading large-scale transformation projects, restructurings, or margin/cost-efficiency programs.
  • Your Customer Focus: Navigating complex matrix organizations and strategically developing enterprise accounts at the top management level is your daily bread.
  • Your Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an absolute drive for execution. You don't just want to think things through; you want to bring them to life.
  • Your Communication: Professional fluency in both German and English, alongside a confident, empathetic demeanor that builds trust, even during critical project phases.
