We are seeking a Financial Controller to drive our financial strategy and ensure the robust management of our financial operations. In this role, you will lead controlling and process optimization by improving existing and implementing new processes, while continuously supporting other areas as needed. Collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders, you will contribute to strategic decision-making and the financial success of our organization.

If you are:

  • A financial professional with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • Proficient in financial controlling with tools such as DUO or other accounting systems, with a deep understanding of process controlling and month end closing procedures such as reviewing monthly P&L, BS and cashflow;
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data;
  • Experienced in managing and optimizing purchase processes to align with organizational objectives;
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and evolving environment;
  • [Preferable] Fluent in both German and English to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders;

You will help us with:

  • Managing and improving process controlling across financial operations, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions;
  • Optimizing purchase processes, including procurement controls, vendor management, and cost tracking;
  • Conducting in-depth cost-controlling for ongoing projects and purchase activities, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings;
  • Developing benchmarking analyses, comparing our cost models with industry data to guide strategic decisions.
