Proxima Fusion is looking for passionate Scientific Recruiter who excels in every aspect of the talent acquisition process. This role is integral to our recruitment team and involves sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting in-depth screening calls, and leveraging recruitment data analytics to optimize our processes. As a Scientific Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and company leadership to meet our ambitious recruitment goals while also contributing to initiatives related to company culture, employer branding, and operational efficiency.
If you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM discipline;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle, GDPR-compliant recruitment within the EU region;
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers;
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing recruitment data analytics to drive decision-making;
- A genuine passion for sourcing top talent and enhancing candidate experience;
You will help us:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment process for best scientist, engineers and computational specialists in the industry;
- Delivering an excellent candidate’s journey;
- Build a strong database of the candidate in our Applicant Tracking System;
- Support HR opperations;
- Contributing to continuous improvement of the culture and employer brand, as well as diversity in our pipelines.
