As Proxima Fusion continues to grow, the challenge of sourcing, attracting, and onboarding the right talent has become critical. Recruiting is more than just filling positions; it's about finding individuals who are aligned with our mission and can contribute to a dynamic startup culture. With that in mind, we are seeking a Recruiter who possesses deep expertise in startup recruitment to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts.
Develop and implement a robust recruiting strategy tailored to meet the highly specialized skill sets required in our industry.
Utilize a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events to identify top talent.
Work closely with department heads to understand their specific hiring needs, crafting job descriptions and recruitment strategies accordingly.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews, applying both traditional and innovative assessment methods to identify candidates who are both technically sound and culturally fit.
Work with HR and department heads to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into their respective teams.
Use analytics tools to evaluate the success of recruiting campaigns and strategies, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Ensure that all recruiting activities are in compliance with national and local legislation.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies or headhunters as necessary, ensuring alignment with internal recruitment strategies.
Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in (tech) recruiting, with a strong preference for experience within startup environments.
Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and assessment methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
