Key Responsibilities:
As Product Manager – Data & Analytics (m/f/d), you will shape how VEACT transforms data into customer value, powering insights, predictions and AI-driven decision-making across the entire automotive lifecycle. Your work will elevate our platform’s intelligence, strengthen OEM and dealer outcomes, and empower our Data Analytics Squad to deliver high-impact, scalable data products. Through your leadership, VEACT’s data strategy becomes a core competitive advantage.

  • Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of core data & analytics capabilities across the VEACT Mobility Suite
  • Lead the Data Analytics Squad, building an inclusive environment where team members feel supported, empowered and heard
  • Translate customer and business needs into actionable product requirements for analytics, insights, AI-curated data and predictive features
  • Partner with Engineering to enhance and scale data pipelines, quality frameworks and analytical models
  • Drive discovery and adoption of analytics features through measurable KPIs, user feedback and continuous iteration
  • Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across VEACT’s platform, enabling accurate insights and operational excellence
Who you are and what you bring:
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Ownership, Analytics, BI, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, dbt, Lakehouse architectures, and modern data stack components (e.g., Postgres, AWS Athena, Python-based processing, Argo workflows)
  • Familiarity with leading analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and the ability to translate analytical outputs into valuable product features
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work hypothesis-driven and data-informed
  • Excellent communication skills: able to translate complex data topics into clear business value and product decisions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes in an agile environment
