Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to automotive customers and dealers in the Czech market and coordinate and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns based on VEACT products
  • Active participation in our international Account Management Team with regard to administrative tasks
  • Supporting various projects and analyses in different areas of Aftersales Marketing in the Czech market
  • Take responsibility for ongoing data maintenance in relation to our CRM system
Who you are and what you bring:
  • Registered student (m/f/d) in economics, business administration or a related field
  • Ideally, you have
  • It is important that you can communicate very well in German, Czech and English
  • already gained experience in account management/customer support through internships or working student activities
  • You have excellent communication skills and are proficient in MS Office
  • It is particularly important that you have a very meticulous and reliable way of working
  • You have a keen interest in topics such as automotive, digitalisation, big data and marketing
