The impact you'll have
As part of our operations team, you will work intensively with our Marketing Cloud and support our account management. The processing of inquiries from our customers from the automotive sector and trade as well as questions around data-based marketing are part of your daily tasks, which you solve independently, purposefully & with a high team orientation. You will contribute significantly to the success of the company's goals. A holistic company- and team onboarding will make you a valuable member of VEACT GmbH after a short time.

More specifically, you will:
  • Supporting & ensuring cross-divisional, cross-functional and cross-schedule operational business processes
  • Handle individual customer inquiries around data-driven marketing
  • Processing & automation of marketing and advertising campaigns via our marketing cloud
  • Creation of evaluations with the help of various tools as well as constant data maintenance with our CRM system
  • Efficient organization of the operative day-to-day business in the areas of Account Management and Dealer Operations with regard to administrative tasks
  • Support of various projects and analyses in different areas of Aftersales Marketing
  • Coordination of and cooperation with our working students in the Dealer Support Team optional
Who you are and what you bring:
  • Completed studies in the field of business administration, economics, digital business, marketing or similar or completion of commercial training
  • Business fluent in German and good language skills in English
  • First professional experience in the automotive industry and/or in marketing is an advantage
  • Great interest in topics such as automotive, digitalization, Big Data, and marketing
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with high team and customer orientation
  • Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems and task areas and to take responsibility for them holistically
  • Self-confidence, proactivity in dealing with people and a high level of social competence

Founded in 2010, VEACT develops and distributes a software-based platform for digitalising marketing processes in the automotive industry. With self-learning technology and a broad automotive know-how, VEACT supports its customers in making marketing and sales processes more efficient through data. To do this, VEACT uses all available data sources, such as invoices, service histories, satisfaction queries, and campaign data and condenses them into a customer profile. The aim is to process this information qualitatively so that it can be used to create individual customer profiles and recommendations for action (predictive customer intelligence).
