The impact you'll have
You will be working on a permanent basis in Munich, in a team of 9 Account Managers. You will make a significant contribution to the success of the sales organisation and take intensive care of your customer base. This requires independent and solution-orientated work with a high level of team and customer focus. You will manage extensive campaigns and implement them successfully. Good onboarding and the support of the team will make you a valuable member of VEACT within a very short time.
More specifically, you will:
  • Provide comprehensive support to customers in the automotive sector, offering advice and nurturing relationships to drive expansion
  • Coordinate and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities based on VEACT products
  • Generate reports on key metrics such as campaign turnover to track performance effectively
  • Maintain and utilize the CRM system for efficient service delivery and documentation
  • Ensure regular communication with existing customers to uphold strong relationships
  • Take ownership of achieving agreed-upon targets within the served markets
Who you are and what you bring:
  • Completed commercial training, e.g., automotive salesperson, industrial salesperson, wholesale and foreign trade management assistant, or equivalent
  • Professional background in the commercial sector, preferably with experience in trade marketing
  • Interest in automotive, digitalization, big data, and marketing topics
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach with strong team and customer orientation
  • Demonstrated self-confidence, proactive interpersonal skills, and high social competence
  • Driving licence (class B) is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English

Founded in 2010, VEACT develops and distributes a software-based platform for digitalising marketing processes in the automotive industry. With self-learning technology and a broad automotive know-how, VEACT supports its customers in making marketing and sales processes more efficient through data. To do this, VEACT uses all available data sources, such as invoices, service histories, satisfaction queries, and campaign data and condenses them into a customer profile. The aim is to process this information qualitatively so that it can be used to create individual customer profiles and recommendations for action (predictive customer intelligence).
