As a Value Creation Analyst/Associate at UVC Partners, you will play a critical role in driving value creation initiatives for our portfolio companies. You will work closely with our portfolio companies' leadership teams as well as with UVC Partners Investment Partners and Principals to identify growth opportunities, improve operational efficiencies, and drive strategic initiatives directly for the portfolio companies. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success and growth of some of Europe's most innovative startups.

Your mission

We are looking for an outstanding individual to join us to work within our Value Creation team. Your tasks are at the core of the work for our fund:

• Value Creation Projects: Support the setup and execution of value creation projects with portfolio companies, focusing on business development analysis, benchmarking, and preparation/execution of management workshops.
• Portfolio Development: Develop and drive portfolio development initiatives, eg., lead generation & sales pipeline support, enablement of public private partnerships, cooperation agreements with corporates, as well as identifying and creating synergies across the portfolio.
• Partner Management: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing key partners to further enhance collaboration, business growth and product offerings for UVC Partners and the portfolio companies through mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Analytical Support: Utilize your analytical skills to monitor and evaluate key value creation metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the value creation team and portfolio companies using tools such as make.com, salesforce, looker studio and excel.
• Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company executives, internal teams, and external partners to drive collaborative efforts and achieve common goals.
