To accelerate our go-to-market and scale our impact through partnerships, we’re looking for a Partner Manager to join our team!
As Partner Manager, you will become part of a strategic pillar of Tanso’s Go-To-Market expansion. You will build new and grow existing relationships with consultancies, auditors and industry associations. Within the role, you will represent Tanso towards your portfolio of partners, join trade fairs, co-organize marketing activities, do webinars or speakings and foster a mutually beneficial (commercial) relationship.
How you succeed
- Build and manage partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with consultancies, auditors and industry associations using various methods, including outbound sales, personal network, social selling, and participating in events.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline: Nurture a portfolio of partners throughout their whole lifecycle; from pitching and demonstrating the value of Tanso, to building high-value relationships over multiple touch-points with various stakeholders.
- Partner enablement: Conduct trainings and apply commercial playbooks to increase enablement and traction with our partners.
- Performance tracking & pipeline management: Track partner performance and influence across the funnel - from sourced leads to closed revenue.
- Partner advocacy: Represent the voice of the partner internally, and provide structured feedback to product, sales, and leadership to improve our partner experience.
Your Profile
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership and hands-on execution.
- 4-6 years of experience in partnerships, account management, B2B sales or consulting - ideally within a SaaS company or within the ESG consulting.
- Familiarity with ESG and our target group of manufacturing companies, ideally with a personal network, is a strong plus.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Hard Requirements
- You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
- You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
- You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
- You must speak German at level C2.
