Your role

As a Junior Content & Social Media Marketing Manager you will be a fully integrated part of Team Tanso contributing to our mission of helping companies to decarbonize effectively and start your career in a fast-growing environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for writing and editing content in both German and English, including articles, guides and newsletters. Moreover, the development and professional presentation of our social media presence is in your hands, and you will continue to advance our social media strategies. You are responsible for monitoring and KPI analysis of all social media channels. Additionally, you will assist with event communication and the development of lead nurturing materials.

Key responsibilities:

• Create content in both German and English (e.g., articles, guides, newsletters)
• Manage social media channels by selecting the right content, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and tools, and using them effectively to achieve objectives
• Monitor and analyze KPIs across all social media platforms
• Collaborate with graphic designers to enhance the visual appeal of content (graphic design skills are a plus)
• Support website maintenance and updates
• Quickly learn and adapt to new and complex topics

Hard Requirements

• You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
• You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
• You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
• You must speak German at level C2.
