Join our team to take an active role in helping companies to decarbonize effectively and start your career in a fast-growing environment. Your main objective is to ensure that our customer base is successful in implementing Tanso, making the right calculations, collecting the right data and draw conclusions out of it.

As our Sustainability Intern, you help us to make our customers master their carbon accounting and CSRD data collection. Your focus will be the interactions with existing customers, the development of workshops and training material as well as crunching carbon data and researching and summarizing regulations.

🏆Make customers successful

  • Work hands-on with existing customers, from onboarding preparations, workshops to solving tough data challenges together with them.
  • Provide basis support on technical and carbon accounting questions to our customers.

📈 Build your expertise in climate and tech

  • Research and summarize (new) regulations in the field of sustainability and educate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work on implementing and enhancing tools that improve the customer experience.

  • Proactively take responsibility for making Tanso a better company.

Whom you will be working with

  • Franziska, our Customer Success Lead who is responsible for turning Tanso customers into successful Tanso advocats
  • Vignesh, our Senior Carbon Data Specialist in our Climate Intelligence, is responsible for bringing deep carbon expertise into the Tanso Product and to our customers
  • Our entire Customer Success Team and various colleagues from Product, Engineering & GTM
