Join our team and take an active role in helping companies to decarbonize effectively. Your role is to independently identify and execute effective marketing and demand generation strategies, focusing on enhancing reach, driving engagement and generating sales leads. As an independent creative thinker, your daily responsibilities revolve around hands-on planning and executing engaging content to create awareness for the importance of decarbonization and mechanisms of carbon accounting. You lead PR and communication projects that create awareness for Tanso and help position us as a thought leader in our field, adding value to our customers with content. We take an active role in shaping a newly emerging market, and you drive our content and messaging.

🎯 Strategic Mindset: Establish, execute and adapt an effective channel and content strategy. Measure your success based on a robust metric tracking to ensure your strategies evolve effectively over time. Take ownership of messaging and content quality while fostering cross-departmental collaboration in content creation, closely working together with other teams.
🖊️ Content Proficiency: Improve the quality and quantity of content for demand generation and establish best practices. Your toolkit includes formats like email marketing, social media content, newsletters, whitepapers, webinars, success stories, and website design with SEO optimization, seamlessly integrated in multi-channel marketing initiatives.
🚀 Thought Leadership: Contribute to compelling documents for events and pitches. Set up a standard process for news and regulatory screening, integrating valuable industry insights, sustainability best practices, and regulatory updates into your content strategy. This includes organizing industry-specific offline events and crafting press releases that help create awareness for decarbonization and the importance of carbon accounting
Overall, you set the groundwork for our marketing team, with the option to developing into a team lead role. Thus, you help us shape how marketing is done at tanso.
