When you join Tanso, you’ll own an entire pillar of the product end-to-end — from discovery and customer conversations through to prioritisation, delivery, iteration and impact. The expectation here is that Product Managers think holistically about the problems they’re solving, the commercial outcomes attached to them, and the customer value being created.

That’s why Tanso is specifically looking for PMs like you who have already operated with real end-to-end ownership inside scaling SaaS environments.

If you enjoy operating close to customers, influencing product direction rather than simply managing tickets, and working in an environment where your ideas genuinely shape outcomes — you’ll probably feel at home here.

This is not the kind of PM role where everything is already perfectly mapped out for you.

The domain is complex. The customer challenges are nuanced. Sustainability regulation moves quickly. You’ll need to balance product instinct, commercial thinking, customer empathy and technical curiosity — often at speed.

That’s also what makes the role interesting.
