To help create an environment where people have the structure, clarity, and inspiration they need to do their best work, we are looking for an Associate People Partner with focus on Recruiting (f/m/x).

As an Associate People Partner, you will support employees at every stage of their journey, coordinating interviews and hiring processes, managing onboarding, and ensuring a positive day-to-day experience within the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and optimize the full recruitment lifecycle in line with the hiring plan - from sourcing and interviews to offer management and onboarding.
  • Own and execute core HR operations, including employment contracts, payroll coordination, and employee data management.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for the team and external partners (e.g. tax consultants, insurers, recruitment agencies).
  • Continuously evaluate and improve People systems and workflows to drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
  • Lead and support initiatives focused on employee engagement, company values, and culture, to strengthen overall employee experience.
  • Maintain and develop the internal People knowledge base (e.g. Notion, Personio), ensuring information is current, accessible, and actionable.

Your profile

  • First hands-on experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Comfortable navigating tools like Notion or Personio.
  • Fluent communication skills in both German and English.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Collaborative and empathetic approach to teamwork.

Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to areas like employer branding and people analytics.
  • Familiarity of payroll processes and labor law.
  • First experience in a start-up or a high-growth environment.
