To play a key role in solving our most difficult implementation challenges, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/x).
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, test and maintain reliable, scalable complex software systems for our product
Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship the company’s most complex and high-impact features across the full stack - from infrastructure to frontend.
- Own projects end-to-end (A–Z), including architecture, implementation, refactoring, bug fixing, and post-release improvements.
- Elevate our engineering velocity by improving tooling, infrastructure, and development workflows; proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or process gaps.
- Continuously strengthen codebase through thoughtful refactoring, restructuring, and long-term scalability improvements.
- Take ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives when needed, driving clarity, alignment, and structured execution across teams.
- 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
- Consistent problem-solver with strong end-to-end ownership and a product-focused mindset.
- Strong proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
