Your Impact

Tacto's core market, industrial manufacturers up to €1B in revenue is a well-functioning machine. The next move is beyond that: enterprise accounts in the €1–5B range, where deals are larger, organizations are more complex, and the motion looks different.

We already have strong early proof points with our most experienced Account Executive (AE) and our Corporate & Enterprise Team Lead working these accounts. What we're building now is the full enterprise motion and that's where you come in.

The role is two things at once. On the one hand you do whatever it takes to get deals across the finish line: research, stakeholder mapping, outbound calls, custom materials, in-person meetings and workshops with senior leadership. On the other hand, you turn what you learn into structures and playbooks that others can follow with the help of our Enterprise Lead. You're not just helping to close Tacto’s biggest deals, you're actively building the segment.


Your Tasks

  • Build and execute account strategies for enterprise target accounts (€1–5B revenue) alongside our most experienced AE

  • Map and approach relevant stakeholders within large organizations -— procurement leads, CFOs, Board Members

  • Run early-funnel activity: outbound calls, outreach, qualification

  • Build tailored pitch materials and account-specific decks for enterprise prospects

  • Represent Tacto in face-to-face meetings with senior management

  • Help shape the enterprise playbook - this motion is still being built

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years in a high-pace environment with direct exposure to senior stakeholders (e.g. Tier 1 Management Consulting, VC-backed startup, or as a Founder)

  • Strong academic record - Bachelor's or Master's

  • You can structure a complex problem, build a narrative around it, and present it to a VP

  • Native or fluent German; fluent English

Who thrives here

You're analytically sharp and genuinely hands-on. You bring structured thinking from a demanding environment, but you're not precious about it. You'll map out an enterprise account strategy in the morning and cold-call your way through the list in the afternoon. When things are unclear - and they will be - you create clarity instead of waiting for it. This is a team sport, and you play it like one.
