Your Impact
As a (Senior) Product Marketing Manager at Tacto, you'll develop and execute strategies that position us as the leading procurement solution for European industrial Mittelstand companies. You'll bridge the gap between our product capabilities and market needs, crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience. Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you'll articulate our value in clear, impactful ways that drive adoption and growth. Your work will directly influence how thousands of industrial companies perceive and engage with Tacto, playing a pivotal role in our market expansion and commercial success as we create future-proof supply chains for the backbone of the European economy.
Your Tasks
Value Proposition & Positioning: Develop compelling value propositions that highlight our unique advantages and align with customer needs, continuously refining our market positioning as our product evolves
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, inform product strategy, and create differentiated positioning in the procurement software space
Product Launch Excellence: Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and releases, creating comprehensive launch plans that maximize impact across all channels and stakeholder groups
Content Development: Create high-impact marketing materials including case studies, videos, presentations, and product documentation that effectively communicate our value to different customer segments
Sales Enablement: Equip our sales team with powerful messaging, battlecards, and training that increases win rates and accelerates deal velocity through clear articulation of our value
Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize customer feedback through direct engagement, working with product teams to shape roadmap priorities based on market needs
Your Profile
You're motivated to build something from the ground up and enjoy working hands-on in a dynamic environment
You have experience in B2B marketing, ideally with exposure to SaaS or enterprise software (3+ years for Senior level)
You combine creative thinking with analytical skills, turning product capabilities into compelling customer stories
You have a talent for creating engaging content and a good eye for design
You're passionate about technology and have a genuine interest in the industrial sector
You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively across product, sales, and marketing teams
You possess excellent communication skills in both English and German, written and verbal
You're proactive and adaptable, comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a fast-growing company
