As a GTM Strategy Manager (m/f/d) at Tacto, you will be responsible for the further development and success of our go-to-market strategy. You will contribute to our growth by introducing strategic initiatives and shaping our inbound marketing. In doing so, you will make a decisive contribution to the realization of our mission to create future-proof supply chains in the industrial SME sector.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Establish Tacto as the leading procurement operating system for the industrial Mittelstand in Europe and develop Tacto into the thought leader for future-proof supply chains in the mid-market.
• Shape and execute innovative go-to-market strategies that drive us towards achieving 10x growth, leveraging creative approaches to maximize scalability and impact.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic partnerships to enhance market entry and expansion.
• Develop and implement our inbound marketing strategy, including content strategy, PR initiatives, and community building.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, leveraging them as a key accelerator for market growth and expansion.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier university with excellent grades
• First professional experience in management consulting, venture capital or business development
• Experience in working in a demanding high-growth environment with the ability to perform well under pressure, handle several different projects and responsibilities simultaneously with ease
• Self-driven personality with a “hands-on” approach, highly professional personality with utmost expectations towards yourself and your work
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
• Creativity and strategic thinking to develop and implement innovative strategies that accelerate our growth
• Native in German and excellent English skills
