We are growing and are looking for an experienced Product Manager for our commercial energy storage solutions. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for our commercial outdoor storage solutions, positioning us as an industry leader.

Your mission

How you can bring your talents to us:

• Responsible for the operational and strategic area of the outdoor energy storage systems product family as well es respective Energy-Management-Systems for stationary Energy Storage Systems.
• Ensuring the technical and commercial competitiveness and quality of the solutions within the product family and driving forward the product portfolio over the entire life cycle.
• Defining customer requirements and translating these into product requirements.
• Interface between customers and the market as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Carrying out competitive analyses of the product portfolio and preparing basic market research.
• Contributing experience and expertise in the organization and management of product roadmaps.
• Creating and presenting strategic decision papers for the evaluation and further development of products.
• Analyzing and evaluating potential partnerships.
• Interface with external development service providers and coordination of the timely implementation of work packages.
• Managing and monitoring project controlling, helping to meet deadlines, quality, budget and target specifications.
• Managing and structuring documentation in accordance with internal and external specifications.
• Presenting the product family at customer events, trade fairs and conferences.
• Applying agile concepts and methods in day-to-day work.

Your profile

What you will need:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in a product management role with proven ability to successfully develop and implement product strategies.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the energy storage industry, ideally in the field of stationary battery storage systems for commercial applications.
• In-depth knowledge of battery storage systems and understanding of technical and economic factors.
• Entrepreneurial and economic thinking.
• Strong analytical, strategic and coordination skills.
• Independent, structured work and team player.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Certification according to Scrum or agile product management is an advantage.
• Business fluent in German and English.
