Your mission
- Partner Acquisition and Management: Build and maintain relationships with B2B partners such as installers, system integrators, and energy providers.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Implement and refine our B2B sales strategy for battery storage systems.
- Consultation and Presentation: Conduct product presentations and technical training for partners and clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities in the energy storage sector.
- Proposal Creation and Negotiation: Develop proposals, draft contracts, and support the successful completion of agreements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across technical support, marketing, and customer service to ensure excellent partner experiences.
Your profile
- Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in battery technology, energy systems, or technical B2B sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Interest in or knowledge of energy storage, renewable energy, or sustainable technologies.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident presence.
- Willingness to Travel: Readiness for regular travel within Germany and occasional trips across Europe.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office applications.
