Your mission
1. Leadership & Team Management
  • Disciplinary leadership and development of the technical teams
  • Structured task allocation, prioritization, and progress tracking
  • Coaching and supporting the team leads in leadership and resource planning
2. Project Management & Reporting
  • Management of the test field, including capacity planning and expansion projects
  • Ensuring smooth operation of test benches and systems (including FAT)
  • Reporting to the CTO and close collaboration with the PMO
3. Process & Quality Management
  • Implementation and optimization of intra-team and cross-team processes
  • Further development of standards for documentation, control, and knowledge transfer
  • Support in the implementation of new quality and process guidelines
4. Technical Leadership
  • Development of strategies for engineering, simulation, and testing
  • Creation of concepts for upgrades and optimizations of test benches
  • Analysis and evaluation of measurement and simulation results
Your profile
  • Several years of leadership experience (min. 5 years) in a senior role within technically demanding, performance-driven industries (e.g., aerospace, energy, automotive)
  • Strong expertise in project management, resource and capacity planning, and a proven track record in leading complex development projects from R&D to market launch
  • In-depth expertise in systems engineering, thermodynamics, and energy conversion, as well as confident handling of measurement, simulation, and testing systems
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and strategically develop interdisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including confident interaction with the CTO
  • Strategic, structured, and solution-oriented working style combined with a high sense of responsibility
  • Passion for sustainable energy, technological innovation, and the advancement of disruptive technologies
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
