Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, engineering, and manufacturing, fostering collaboration and efficiency across departments to deliver exceptional results.

Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the technical vision to stakeholders, partners, and investors, articulating the strategic direction and impact of engineering initiatives.

• Proven experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in a high-performance engineering environment (aerospace, energy, automotive, or similar).
• Strong background in systems engineering, thermodynamics, and energy conversion.
• Track record of leading complex technical projects from R&D to commercialization.
• Ability to translate business needs into engineering requirements and vice versa.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage with shopfloor operators to C-suite executives.
• Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Passion for sustainable energy and disruptive innovation.
• Fluency in English required, German highly recommended and advantageous.
