Planning

• Produce annual budgets and forecasts
• Develop performance measures aligned with strategic goals

Funding

• Arrange debt and equity financing
• Manage funding applications and operations (e.g., EIF, IPCEI)
• Handle treasury accounts and product-relevant financing
• Maintain banking relationships

Operations & Management

• Work with external tax and legal advisers
• Implement operational best practices
• Identify efficiencies in global processes and systems

Financial Information & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting
• Provide monthly internal and board management accounts reports
• Report budget variances monthly
• Prepare annual financial statements and tax returns for Reverion entities

Risk Management

• Implement and monitor control systems
• Maintain insurance coverage and compliance with legal and audit requirements
• Manage external auditor relations and recommendations

Compliance

• Coordinate information provision to accountants, tax advisers, and auditors
• Monitor covenant compliance and legal filings

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or similar
• Working experience in a fast-growing hardware company in similar role
• Proven experience in securing equity, debt financing, or venture debt, with a strong grasp of financial structures and negotiation strategies
• Excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop a small but growing finance team and high-potential employees
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Fluency in business-level German and English is required
