• Act as a technical sparring partner to the CTO for new ideas and initiatives
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of technical concepts and apply this knowledge effectively in various tasks, projects and meetings
• Oversee task distribution and organization of our R&D team, ensuring efficient project management and timely completion of assignments
• Assist our R&D team with hypothesis-driven research and contribute to important decisions in our product roadmap by bringing in your analytical strengths

• Top of your class at a renowned university, e.g. in engineering, applied physics, or similar
• Track record of exceptional engagement and results (incl. university, social initiatives)
• Strong experience working in Engineering teams (preferably in the field of process technology)
• Relevant work experience in a high-performance environment
