Your mission
Rencore is a fast-growing scale-up delivering market-leading governance solutions for Microsoft 365, Copilot & Agent, and the Power Platform.

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive measurable business impact across pipeline growth, deal success, and product adoption.

In this role, you will own product marketing outcomes end to end—from market insight and positioning to launches, enablement, and customer proof. Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you will ensure Rencore’s value proposition is clearly articulated, consistently executed, and directly tied to revenue and growth goals.
Your profile
What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of Rencore’s customers, buyers, and market environment, including customer pain points, trends in the Microsoft ecosystem, and competitive dynamics. These insights will inform go-to-market decisions, influence product direction, and support improved competitive win rates.
  • Define and continuously refine Rencore’s messaging and positioning across products, personas, and go-to-market motions. Ensure consistent, outcome-oriented storytelling across the website, campaigns, sales conversations, and partner materials to improve funnel performance and reduce friction in deals.
  • Own the development of high-impact, revenue-supporting content such as homepage and product pages, pitch decks, solution briefs, and use-case narratives. Partner closely with sales, partners, and customer success to enable customer-facing teams to confidently position and sell Rencore’s solutions.
  • Strengthen Rencore’s competitive posture by building a focused competitive program that includes battlecards, objection handling, and structured win/loss analysis. Translate competitive insights into actionable guidance for sales and meaningful input for product roadmap decisions.
  • Scale customer evidence programs, including case studies, testimonials, and quantified proof points, aligned to priority industries and use cases. Ensure relevant proof is available throughout the buyer journey to support pipeline progression and deal closure.
  • Plan and execute product launches with clear goals, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across messaging, content, enablement, and external communications. Measure launch success through adoption, pipeline impact, and time to value.
  • Represent Rencore’s product strategy externally as a subject-matter expert for analysts, press, events, and partners, helping to strengthen market credibility and visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, sales leadership, customer success, and marketing peers, contributing to a pragmatic, execution-focused scale-up culture built on ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring
  • Extensive experience in product marketing or B2B marketing, including several years in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong SaaS background; experience in the Microsoft ecosystem or enterprise SaaS platforms is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to build and operationalize messaging and positioning in multi-product or multi-GTM environments.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with product and sales teams to drive measurable revenue and growth outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and act on performance indicators.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product launches in a fast-growing organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
