How You Can Contribute
The Impact You Will Make
As our new Account Executive, you will be directly working with Martin, our Head of Sales. Your main responsibilities being centered around accelerating sales efforts, you will help companies achieve lower electricity costs and drive real climate impact.
What You Will Work On
- Advance our sales initiatives, engaging in proactive prospecting and outreaches (one-to-one and at scale).
- Build your own pipeline of relevant prospects, effectively reach out and conduct calls with potential customers.
- Establish meaningful relationships and manage your deals through the entire sales funnel.
- Master CRM (HubSpot), diligently maintaining and updating the system, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the Reel management and other stakeholders to constantly advance our Go-to-Market strategy and to refine our Sales Playbook.
- Dedicate your sales skills and creativity to help decarbonize electricity and educate companies of a truly green way of buying green electricity.
How You Can Thrive In This Role
You are enthusiastic about having a real impact on climate change. You do not need to have prior knowledge about renewables, PPAs, or electricity - just a passion for technology and making a difference, and a willingness to grow.
In addition, you will have some (not necessarily all) of the following traits:
- Important: You are fluent in Danish and English.
- 2+ years of professional experience in sales or business development roles.
- A strong personal drive to build meaningful relationships with new people in order to accelerate the energy transition.
- Outgoing personality, willing to pick up the phone, enjoy sales.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities in an evolving business environment.
- Proficiency in assessing and presenting decisions analytically.
- Genuine interest in and curiosity about climate action and renewable energy.
- Entrepreneurial personality with a passion for technology.
