How You Can Contribute

The Impact You Will Make

In your role as Reel’s new (Senior) PPA Originator, you will work closely with Jon, our CEO. Your core responsibilities will center around the sourcing and structuring of PPAs as well as balancing agreements directly with renewable energy developers. Applying our transformative PPA approach, you will play a crucial role in realizing more solar and wind projects.

What You Will Work On

• Drive the sourcing, structuring, and negotiation of PPAs to consistently meet the demands of our growing corporate pipeline.
• Lead Reel's PPA strategy and redefine how PPAs are executed, making our offerings the top choice for renewable energy developers.
• Spearhead the negotiation and structuring of balancing agreements for renewable assets, aligning with our ambitious growth targets as an independent BRP.
• Elevate our in-house PPA pricing models, ensuring we stay at the forefront of pricing strategy and evaluation.
• Expand and strengthen our network of renewable energy developers, pitching Reel’s standout offerings and representing us at major industry events.

How You Can Thrive In This Role

You are enthusiastic about having a real impact on climate change. You have some experience in renewables, and electricity markets, including PPAs. You have a passion for technology and making a difference, and a willingness to grow.

In addition, you will have some (not necessarily all) of the following traits:

• Demonstrated track-record in a similar role and extensive experience in the renewable energy space, being exposed to several transactions.
• Proficient danish language skills.
• Experience with commercial and business development work.
• Excellent structuring skills with a strong eye for details.
• Experience working (or at least a strong interest) in complex financial and legal structures.
• Outgoing personality with ability to steer high-impact stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial personality with a passion for technology.
