The impact you will make

As our new (Senior) Finance Manager, you will be directly working with Reel’s senior management. Your main responsibilities are to build up Reel’s financial structure (accounting, cash flow management, etc.) from scratch, aiming towards a fully automated best-in-class setup. You help Reel always having an overview of its financial situation.

What You Will Work On

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance, analyzing data to discern trends, identify risks, and uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategy with overall company goals, offering insights and financial analysis to guide strategic planning and execution.

• Take full ownership of the company's cash flow and collateral management, ensuring optimal liquidity for Reel’s operations, including balancing the company’s risk management.

• Establish and maintain a comprehensive accounting set-up & processes.

• Develop a detailed financial forecast model to monitor expected cash flow positions, liquidity, P&L, etc.

• Automate financial processes and structures to maintain a lean and efficient setup, reducing manual intervention.

• Support management in negotiating and structuring loans and credit lines with banks and other financial institutions, optimizing terms and conditions.

• Prepare and own financial reporting to investors and other stakeholders.
