How You Can Thrive In This Role

You are enthusiastic about having a real impact on climate change, a passion for technology and making a difference. You have significant experience within power trading, including taking a tech-approach to trading.

We imagine you will have some (not necessarily all) of the following:

• Extensive and deep knowledge about electricity markets, renewables and trading markets (day-ahead, intraday).

• Substantial technical experience within power trading, electricity forecasting and balancing wind and solar.

• Proven track-record in leadership and management roles, ideally having built trading teams and functions from scratch with ability to inspire, manage and grow a team.

• Strong hands-on technical capabilities while being an advocate for data and model automation.

• Experience and willingness to both do the work yourself, and secondly build up a team to scale the function.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for building up something meaningful from scratch.
