• Significant experience within energy markets & renewables - professional or academia (PhD).

• Academic track-record within energy, renewables, modeling, engineering, or similar.

• Deep topical expertise within battery storage & energy flexibility solutions (BESS).

• Strong quantitative & modeling capabilities.

• Ability to drive complex & large projects independently and steer multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

• Commercial mindset with a sense for business opportunities.

• Entrepreneurial personality with a passion for technology.
