Your Role
You'll join our process team to support the workup of pilot-scale reaction liquors — the downstream steps that turn our reaction output into characterized, usable product. Your day-to-day will include:
Process-scale flashing, filtration, extraction and distillation of reaction mixturesAnalytical measurements to track composition, yield and purity across the workup trainCleaning and maintenance of reactors and downstream equipmentDocumenting results and helping troubleshoot workup steps as we scaleYour Skillset
As a chemist, you have initial experience in catalysis, inorganic chemistry, or polymer chemistry — or are willing to learnAs a chemical engineer, you have initial experience with separations (extraction, distillation, filtration), process design, or thermodynamics — or are willing to learnYou're comfortable working hands-on in the lab and enjoy the mix of process work and analyticsReliable, detail-oriented, and happy to get your hands dirty (literally — cleaning is part of the job!)Your Mindset
