3+ years of experience in industrial automation and electrical design
Familiarity with process industries (chemical recycling, oil&gas, chemicals, pharma, energy, etc.)
Hands-on experience with PLC/DCS systems (e.g. Siemens, ABB, Beckhoff)
Experience with pilot projects, startups, or fast-paced, high-iteration environments is a plus
Demonstrated ability to anticipate technical issues and apply creative, hands-on problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working in a small, agile team with a proactive and flexible mindset.
Knowledge of German safety and permitting standards is a plus
Fluent in English; German proficiency is a bonus

Your Mindset

Innovative and creative, ready to find solutions for problems no one has solved before.
