  • Documentation Architecture: Own and maintain the integrity of project documentation, including schedules, technical records, action items, and status reports to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Meeting & Workshop Mastery: Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stand-ups, ensuring smooth communication and that every session results in clear, tracked deliverables.
  • Milestone & Dependency Tracking: Maintain a clear overview of project backlogs, technical dependencies, and milestones, providing high-level transparency to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic Reporting Support: Assist in preparing sophisticated project dashboards, presentations, and reports for management, translating technical progress into structured updates.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to project templates and agile workflows (Scrum/Kanban), contributing to the continuous improvement of efficient reporting mechanisms.

Your profile

  • Academic Foundation: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Technical Literacy: You have prior experience supporting project teams, preferably within a technical or engineering environment, and can navigate complex project lifecycles.
  • Tool & Agile Fluency: You are proficient with project management software (e.g., Jira,Confluence, MS Project) and have a solid understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Analytical Self-Leadership: You possess a high degree of self-organization and a solution-oriented mindset, maintaining calm and efficiency even under the pressure of tight deadlines.
  • Stake holder Collaboration: You have a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate alignment between diverse technical stakeholders.
  • Communication Excellence: You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a distinct advantage.

Why us?

About us

Who we are and what we do
Q.ANT is a deep-tech scale-up developing photonic processing solutions that compute natively with light and deliver a scalable alternative to transistor-based systems. The analog co-processors are optimised for complex computations and enable energy-efficient performance for next-generation AI and HPC applications. In collaboration with the Institute for Microelectronics Stuttgart IMS CHIPS, Q.ANT operates its own pilot line for photonic chips, based on the material system Thin-Film Lithium Niobate TFLN. Q.ANT was founded by Michael Förtsch in 2018 and is headquartered in Stuttgart, Germany.
