Focused on high-level coordination and information synthesis, you manage the operational landscape that keeps the People and Culture function moving. By streamlining stakeholder interactions and prioritizing critical data, you provide the strategic leverage necessary to build a thriving organizational culture.

As a People Operations Specialist & Assistant to the People and Culture Officer (m/f/d), you ensure that administrative processes, employee support, and HR projects run seamlessly. Focused on high-level coordination and information synthesis, you manage the operational landscape that keeps the People and Culture function moving. By streamlining stakeholder interactions and prioritizing critical data, you provide the strategic leverage necessary to build a thriving organizational culture.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contract & People Administration: You manage the entire administrative Employee Journey – from drafting new contracts to maintaining personnel files.
- Benefits Administration: You take central responsibility for the support and precise administration of our benefits.
- Global HR Project Orchestra: You are the key person in implementing international People projects, coordinating external legal advisors, and ensuring a smooth process.
- Executive Support & Stakeholder Management: You directly support the People and Culture Officer by maintaining stakeholder management, preparing meetings, and filtering decision-relevant information.
- Office & Presentation Agility: You organize the calendar, handle travel planning, and prepare presentations for the People and Culture Officer.
