Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect - Sales and Services
Job Overview: As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Sales and Services, you will lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that optimize sales processes and enhance customer service experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales and service workflows, strong technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technology solutions.
- Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales teams, and customer service representatives to understand their functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Solution Design:
- Design end-to-end solutions that align with business goals, incorporating technologies such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Aircraft Health Management systems (AHM), sales automation tools, and service platforms.
- Ensure scalability, flexibility, and adherence to best practices in solution design.
- System Integration:
- Define and oversee the integration of sales and service solutions with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement and test integrations.
- Technology Stack Selection:
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and platforms that align with the organization's sales and service objectives.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in sales and service technologies.
- Prototyping and Proof of Concept:
- Develop prototypes and conduct proof of concept exercises to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.
- Collaboration with Development Teams:
- Collaborate with software developers, engineers, and other technical teams to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of the proposed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight during the development process.
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of sales and service solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and resolve issues.
- Create comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, including design specifications, integration plans, and configuration details.
- Provide training and support materials for end-users and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on sales and service solutions.
- Deep understanding of CRM systems, sales automation tools, and service platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with system integration and data flow optimization.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
