Your role and your team:
Lilium Global IT creates the future landscape to be the leading eVTOL manufacturer and service provider in this new industry. We are optimizing our IT ecosystem to support our business colleagues in People & Safety Management within a production company. What is missing is you, evolving our landscape as an IT Functional Consultant driving our ongoing business transformation in the People division.

Your Day to Day:
- Responsible for the integration of Human Capital Management System with relevant 3rd party systems such as Payroll, Identity Management, Recruiting systems.
- Design & concept of integrations
- Being the main contact for technical topics
- Deliver implementation projects, configure, and operate our People system landscape.
- In your new role, you will lead the transformation projects, further enhancing our People backbone.
- Working together with the People department making sure Lilium operates in a sustainable landscape.
- Propose effective workarounds or alternative solutions and implement the proposed solution to meet customer's requirements.
- Act as knowledge broker and trusted advisor
- Drive the implementation across business entities.
- Execute the implementation road map for the Lilium business landscape.
- Exercise complete control of your initiative and project scope
- You approach operations with a creative, innovative, and thorough approach with the ability to operate autonomously.
Your Profile:
- Strong academic background with at least a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry in an equivalent position within a large-scale, complex organization or consulting company
- You lead smaller integration projects.
- You had the chance to integrate with 3rd party applications.
- Basic Workday product & configuration knowledge is a plus.
- Can demonstrate awareness of the importance of cultural transformation in establishing a successful landscape and driving data quality improvements.
- Working knowledge and experience handling of business workflows in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to collaborate in diverse teams.
