Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Chief People Officer (CPO) to join our team and spearhead our people strategy. As the CPO, you will have the opportunity to shape a vibrant culture, and propel our organization towards unparalleled growth and success. Your Impact:
- People Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with KONUX's business goals and objectives, ensuring that talent initiatives support the company's growth and success.
- Culture and Employee Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that supports KONUX's values and mission. Continuously enhance the employee experience through initiatives that promote well-being, work-life balance, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- HR Operations: Provide strategic direction and oversight for all HR operations, including compensation and benefits, employee relations, policies and procedures, compliance, and HR systems. Implement best practices and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management frameworks, tools, and processes that align with KONUX's objectives, driving a high-performance culture and supporting employees in achieving their goals.
- Leadership and Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Partner with managers and leaders across the organization to support their development and enhance their leadership capabilities.
- HR Analytics: Leverage HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, measure HR effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and programs.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Proven experience as a Chief People Officer, VP/Director of HR, or a similar senior leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and high performance
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage HR analytics and metrics for decision-making.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and creating an exceptional employee experience.
