We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to help us to reach our target customers in Manufacturing, Energy (Oil & Gas), and AEC segments. As part of our distributed customer-facing team, you will be driving our lead generation, communication, and branding initiatives. Together with our CEO and other team members, you will represent us at industry events, leveraging our established partner network with companies such as NVIDIA, Lenovo, Meta, AWS, Autodesk, Bentley Systems and Epic Games.

Internally, you will work closely with our sales, product, and customer success teams to create targeted communications towards both IT and business departments. Personally, you are a team player, keen to stay on top of technological innovations such as XR, Generative AI, and bring the experience and toolset needed to succeed as a self-driven top performer in our small but powerful team.

What you will do
  • Content Creation: Hands-on creation and distribution of B2B content that communicates the benefits and features of Innoactive Portal, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Communication: Engage with prospects and customers through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, webinars, partner co-marketing activities, and selected events.
  • Inbound Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads from various channels.
  • Nurturing: Nurture a growing list of MQLs through automated processes using HubSpot CRM.
  • Events: Develop and execute a cost-efficient event schedule, maximizing reach towards our target customer segments in the EU and US.
  • Website Management: Oversee the management and optimization of our website to ensure a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
  • Brand Management: Elevate our brand and make it visible in customer segments.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues from sales, product, and customer success to achieve common goals.
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in English-speaking B2B marketing, preferably within the 3D or professional visualization software or SaaS for Manufacturing, AEC, or O&G industries.
  • Experience in marketing SaaS products to Enterprise IT departments.
  • Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual content production.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Video-production and print design skills using Adobe tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success).
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with partners and stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of the enterprise XR ecosystem and typical use cases.
  • Experience in leveraging AI technologies in content creation and marketing automation.
  • Experience in speaking at industry events.
