We are looking for a Product Designer who will be responsible for creating an intuitive product that users trust and love to interact with. Success in this role is defined by how much value our product delivers and how delightful the experience is across all touchpoints of our user journey. • In close collaboration with engineers, product managers, designers and as an evangelist for user-centricity, you will develop our product taking the user perspective into account
• Own design problems from beginning to end: translate research insights into ideas that form disruptive new products and features, then design the workflows and detailed interactions to realize them
• Let users lead the way: Identify user needs and translate business goals into product opportunities
• Facilitate concept explorations to drive bold and innovative thinking
• Be autonomous: You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail - every step of the way
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes - you know when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

• You have 5+ years of experience designing digital products, mobile applications, or financial products
• You have a deep understanding of design systems and interaction patterns to ensure brand, visual and interactive cohesion across all user touchpoints with a company and product
• You want to work in a modern, value-, and culture-driven startup building a product that millennials love
• You’ve already shipped digital products, and understand what it takes to create awesome, user-oriented experiences
• You get nervous if you’re not sketching concepts, optimizing flows, or polishing the designs that represent your big thinking
• You are able to create high-fidelity prototypes and sketches using Figma
• You are fluent in English
