General Ledger Accountant (m/f/d)

As a General Ledger Accountant (m/f/d), you will join our Central Accounting team and support the accounting operations of multiple European entities. You will work closely with Group Accounting and local Finance Managers to ensure accurate financial reporting, a smooth month-end close process, and compliance with IFRS standards.

About the Role

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding or unusual open items
• Book monthly journal entries and support monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Prepare and post IFRS adjustments
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities
• Maintain clear and accurate accounting documentation
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports
• Contribute to additional accounting and reporting activities as needed

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-4 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting
• Hands-on experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and ERP systems
• Good understanding of accounting principles; IFRS exposure is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus; other ERP systems are also welcome
• Fluent in English
