As a Shop Employee at Flix, you can make an impact by creating smooth, personalized travel experiences for our passengers bus station. You’ll be the face of FlixShop in Warsaw helping travelers, managing departures, and promoting our green mobility mission.

About the Role

• Support and advise passengers on travel options while actively promoting FlixBus products and services
• Welcome and guide travelers at the FlixShop in Warsaw, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
• Manage ticket sales, changes, and refunds, including cash desk operations and sales systems
• Provide accurate travel information and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site disruptions
• Coordinate coach arrivals and departures in close collaboration with drivers and operations teams
• Monitor service quality, report operational issues (e.g. delays, incidents), and ensure compliance with standards and targets
• Maintain shop operations, including cleanliness, equipment, lost & found handling, and adherence to health & safety guidelines

About You

• Fluency in Polish
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage
• Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Flexibility (shift-based work between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.)
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Experience in customer service and/or sales
• Independence and resourcefulness
