Driver Support & Operations Coordinator - Multilingual (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated and organized (Junior) Traffic Control Dispatcher (m/f/d), speaking French, Portuguese, English and Spanish, who will take an active part in the success of FlixBus and will have a direct influence on the functioning of the operations.

The role is based in Lisbon (hybrid model) and includes unlimited contract, a fixed annual gross salary plus a meal allowance of €10.20 per working day, additional pay for night, weekend, and public‑holiday shifts, a 50% subsidy for the Lisboa Viva public transport pass, and access to further benefits.

About the Role

• Ensure quality control of daily operations across France, Spain, and Portugal
  
• Handle incoming calls and emails from drivers and coach partners in a multilingual environment (FR, EN, ES, PT)
• Support additional saturated markets when the required language (e.g., English) is mastered
• Manage delays, accidents, and incidents in line with internal operational guidelines
• Monitor delays using internal alert systems and inform passengers promptly via notifications
• Rebook or reassign passengers to alternative services in cases of delays, cancellations, or incidents
• Document all incidents thoroughly, take appropriate measures, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate closely with the team leader
  

About You

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or customer support–related role
• Fluent multilingual proficiency in English, Portuguese, French, and Spanish
• Experience in transport management, operations, or handling exceptional and emergency situations is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and high comfort working collaboratively in team environments
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (including weekends) within a 24/7 operational environment
• Solid command of the Microsoft Office suite
