Flix is seeking a results-oriented App Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our mobile app on both Android and iOS ecosystems. This role focuses exclusively on paid user acquisition, ensuring high-performance campaigns that drive app performance and boost user engagement. As a key player in the marketing team, you will strategize, execute, and analyze campaigns across digital platforms to achieve measurable growth.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

1. Paid Advertising Strategy and Execution:

  • Design, launch, and manage paid user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic networks.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost-per-install (CPI), cost-per-action (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop and test ad assets tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Identify new advertising channels and opportunities for app user growth.

2. Campaign Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and apply data-driven insights to enhance results.
  • Conduct A/B testing on targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Implement and refine advanced audience segmentation to target high-value users.

3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, SplitMetrics) to track and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, including actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Analyze user acquisition trends and provide insights to inform broader marketing strategies.

4. Budget Management:

  • Full channel ownership. Plan and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across platforms and campaigns.
  • Forecast budget needs and align spending with business goals and user acquisition targets.

5. Collaboration and Alignment:

  • Partner with regional marketing teams to align paid campaigns with local market objectives.
  • Coordinate with CRM, retention, and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience post-acquisition.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns for mobile apps. Experience in the travel sector is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Programmatic, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency with app tracking and analytics tools like Appsflyer, Adjust, or Firebase.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
