We’re looking for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Canada Team and help oversee the performance of our operator portfolio as we expand our operations in Canada.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

Build a strong and positive working relationship with our operator partners, liaising between them and our internal teams to support in all operational and product matters
Independently analyze and present on existing quality performance indicators and form the interface to Business Development and Network Planning
Actively drive projects in operations management and assume responsibility by coordinating internal teams from Business Development, Operations and Network Planning, among others
Ensure that our operators adhere to our processes and standards, including providing support to ensure local safety and ADA standards are upheld
Support operators in obtaining FlixUni content training and tracking their ADA driver training compliance

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

Professional experience in the bus/passenger transport industry a huge plus
Completed studies related to Business, Hospitality, or comparably relevant training
Able to work independent while remaining goal-oriented
Passion for operations and consultative partner relations
Adaptable with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
Willingness to travel within Canada and the US as needed
