We're looking for a motivated and driven Intern - Operations Support and Authorizations (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. This position is based in our Lisbon office.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You will help the Authorizations team in the management of authorizations and bus stops, including contacts with authorities and municipalities, and other side projects in finance, market research and customer engagement;
  • Within the Operations team, you will support projects designed to optimize the quality and service standards of our Bus Partners fleet and drivers. You will also play a role in improving our bus stops operations, communicating with our station support team.
  • You support our Portuguese team in the daily business by conducting various researches and analyses, creating reports and presentations, preparing documents, as well as by carrying out other administrative and operational tasks in a broad spectrum of topics;
  • You work in close collaboration with teams in other countries to make sure all the information needed to prepare documents and presentations is updated and coherent.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • You are an enrolled student (mandatory) in Business Administration, Law or any similar study
  • You are available to start a full-time internship in March 2024
  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • You have strong document preparation skills, attention to detail and ability to use multiple tools to create reports, documents and present research
  • You are skilled in Excel and in preparing documents
  • You are proactive, have a self-starter attitude, with a dedicated, team-oriented mindset
  • You are very fluent in Portuguese and English
