Third-line Customer Care Expert with French - Backoffice

This is not your average contact center role. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Third-line Customer Care Expert with French - Backoffice who will be acting as an extension of the headquarters and help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Providing real-time Expert Helpdesk support to our outsourced customer service teams through email correspondences, ensuring adherence to quality and operational standards for all customer inquiries;
  • Owning dedicated and outbound support via email in emergency situations, as well as the full cycle of emergency after-care claims;
  • Assisting our customers by acting as an interface between external customer service teams and internal teams including Customer Service Management, Quality Management, Traffic Control, Finance, Legal, and more;
  • Taking decisive action and providing our customer service team with guidance on claims settlement where documented processes are not applicable with Customer Satisfaction as your main goal
  • Continuously contributing to the process changes and optimization to better serve our customers or regional organizations.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • You poses a firsthand experience in customer care;
  • You put the customer first in everything you do;
  • You are highly motivated, persistent, proactive and team goals-oriented;
  • You think outside the box and always look for opportunity to improve and optimize processes;
  • You speak and write fluently in English and French.
