To support our team, we are currently looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager Shops and Agencies Mexico starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• You work directly with the Shop Development Team Lead to structure, manage and deliver on important strategic projects in the offline sales department
• You monitor and steer all shop performance as well as maintain a structured overview of the main relevant KPIs
• You are responsible for planning, execution, reporting, and documenting Shop and Agency projects in a highly self-organized manner
• You roll out new Flix shops and support the existing ones, including commercial planning and quality management
• You collaborate with different internal or external stakeholders
• You act as key point of contact and strategic advisor for the Mexican shop organization
• You are versed in traditional and/or agile ways of project management depending on the nature and organizational setup of the respective project

Your profile:

• Excellent Master’s degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field of study
• First proven experience in a project management role
• The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and to keep priorities refined
• Experience in dealing with different internal and external stakeholders, also on an international level
• Satisfaction in supporting people and in facilitating the success of projects, teams and individuals
• Affinity for numbers and very good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions, as well as a high level of initiative and reliability
• Passionate about tackling and successfully delivering new initiatives and value
• Fluent in English and Spanish, every other language is a plus
