We're looking for a motivated and driven Legal & Authorizations Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

As a Legal & Authorization Manager professional at Flix, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and other organizations that impact our business.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Ensuring that Flix complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the countries where we operate;
• Point person that transforms ideas and business opportunities into legal documents who will turn into required regulatory authorizations ;
• Program manage continuous requirements and paperwork needed to fully comply;
• Identifying and managing legal risks associated with our operations;
• Working closely with the legal team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements;
• Monitoring changes in laws and regulations that may impact Flix, and advising the leadership team accordingly;
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and other organizations that impact our business;
• Representing Flix in external meetings and events, and advocating for our interests;
• Identifying and monitoring political and regulatory developments that may impact Flix, and advising the leadership team accordingly;
• Developing and implementing strategies to promote Flix brand and reputation.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• A degree in law, political science, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of experience in legal, authorization management and/or public affairs, ideally in the transportation or travel industry;
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the countries where Flix operates;
• Program management capabilities;
• Ability to track multiple projects and make things happen;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
