We're looking for a motivated and driven Channel Manager who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You own and develop a diverse portfolio of sales partners across multiple territories
  • You manage multiple offline distribution related channels
  • Your goal is to optimize your partner’s performance and help developing our internal service to facilitate their success in achieving targets and have a satisfying user experience
  • You have a holistic overview of the offline sales channel, understand global efficiencies and dependencies, able to prioritize and negotiate based on local/specific needs
  • You are responsible for data quality and integrity of your assigned portfolio in our systems (Salesforce Sales Cloud)
  • You develop, run and analyze automated and market-related campaigns
  • You take active part in planning and budgeting campaigns, providing portfolio-level insights and representing the needs and the behaviors of your portfolio

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • You are fluent in English and Polish
  • You have previous experience in managing complex sales-related projects
  • You are comfortable working with a remote team
  • You have experience in developing and maintaining long-term commercial partnerships
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is beneficial
  • You like working in a dynamic environment with colleagues coming from different countries and culture
  • You like challenges and understand how change can be turned into opportunities for improvement and growth
